Owners and employees of nightclubs, bars, and restaurants, as well as citizens of San Pedro, will receive training to prevent and address harassment against women, and emergency hotline numbers will be activated.
The "San Pedro Free of Harassment" program seeks to ensure that women who are victims or witnesses of harassment feel safe contacting established emergency numbers. According to the Secretary of Security, José Luis David Kuri, direct prevention is essential to guarantee the safety of women in the city.
